Beauly Firth Sunrise
Some beautiful original art by local and Award Winning Artist Meg Milne
Meg originally studied and worked in jewelry design and silversmithing, drawing inspiration from the form and pattern of nature. A move to the Highlands in 2006 reawakened the urge to respond to nature and explore her surroundings in art.
She quickly became captivated by the instant vibrancy could achieve painting with oils or acrylic inks, responding to the changing atmospheric environment of Scotland ensuring each painting awakens all the senses for those who own them.
Three of the four paintings were commissioned by Cheeky and represent:
A broody day on Dornoch Beach;
A sunrise over the Beauly Firth;
A sunset over the Beauly Firth.
The fourth painting is of Shandwick Bay and is stunning.
