Julia is playing an original composition on the latest piano to come into the shop as it has just been expertly tuned by Graham Muir Pianos; after 115 years it still sounds fantastic!

John Broadwood & Sons have confirmed this is their Honeysuckle Upright made from Rio Rosewood with serial number 106,814 and was made at their Stour Road Workshops in Old Ford, London on April 2nd, 1909. It then made its way, by steamer (!) to Methven Simpson Ltd of Dundee.

It's last home was the family to the Factor of Skibo Castle when the Castle was owned by Mrs Carnegie and her daughter, Margaret Miller. It may once have been housed in Clashmore, the Estate Office to Skibo Castle.

The price includes mainland UK Delivery to a Ground Floor and tuning once it has been in situ for 4-6 weeks.
